Delivery & Returns


By browsing this website and placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions. I reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and it is advised you read them before making any purchases. All goods remain the property of Leslie Morris until payment is made in full.​



Orders can be cancelled before the dispatch date and a full refund will be offered unless an alternative purchase is arranged. Once the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the returns policy will apply. Once an order has been placed an automated confirmation email is sent. A notification email will be sent on the day of dispatch.


Checking an Order

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email and then a second email when your order is dispatched. You can contact us anytime via the Contact page to check its status.



Delivery in the UK is free.

Oversees shipping costs will vary according to the country zone and must be agreed upon before an order can be dispatched. Please contact me for details.

We use Royal Mail, including the Special Delivery and International Signed-For service that require a signature on delivery. Please be aware of the possible difficulties encountered when not receiving delivered goods in person. For framed prints a courier service is used, again requiring signature.

Please note: unfortunately, I am are unable to deliver goods to BFPO or PO Box addresses.


Delivery Times

Prints are often printed to order so please allow 14 days for delivery for unframed prints. If you need the print before that, please let us know and we’ll hurry things along! Gift items are dispatched twice a week, so you should receive them within a week (in the UK)

My Returns Policy is in accordance with United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations.



We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, for whatever reason, just let us know within 7 days of receiving it.

You can then return it to us using the original packaging and, once we receive it back safe and sound, we will refund you in full for the artwork (less p&p), or you can choose another piece to replace it.


Order Cancellation

This clause does not apply to Commissioned artwork.

If you have a problem or are not happy with your order for any reason,

please contact me at: and I will make every effort to offer a resolution. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform me in writing before the day of dispatch or within fourteen days after receiving the artworks.

If the artworks have already been dispatched then you are responsible for returning them.

​Artworks must be returned within fourteen days and must be undamaged. A full refund will be made upon return of the artworks.


Damaged Artwork

All artworks are dispatched by recorded delivery. Please check your package before you sign as by signing you are accepting responsibility for the package. No refund can be offered once the package is signed for.

If the artworks are damaged in any way photographic evidence must be submitted and the damaged artworks returned immediately. A full refund will be offered two days after I receive the damaged artworks.


All copyright rests with Leslie Morris even after ownership of artworks, including commissions, has been transferred to the customer.

I reserve the right to produce prints and other merchandise of my artworks unless a written exclusivity agreement has been made.​
